Operations & Performance Excellence Lead

As the Operations & Performance Excellence Lead you will partner closely with senior leaders and crossfunctional teams to support datadriven operational financial and technology decisions.

This role focuses on process optimization performance insights and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen the sustainability reliability and future readiness of power generation and water infrastructure across North America.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Support strategic initiatives focused on business process optimization integration and innovation
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends risks and opportunities for improvement
• Develop clear actionable reports dashboards and presentations that communicate insights to internal and external stakeholders
• Support the development tracking and continuous improvement of key performance indicators aligned to strategic objectives
• Collaborate with partners across operations finance engineering and technology to gather information and drive alignment
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by applying structured problemsolving and performance excellence practices

For This Role You Will Need:

• BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 2 years related experience
• Experience supporting operational analytical or continuous improvement initiatives in a professional environment
• Strong written verbal and presentation communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into clear insights and practical recommendations
• Comfort working crossfunctionally and contributing to programs that improve processes and customer outcomes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Bachelors degree in engineering
• PMP certification
• High attention to detail paired with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• A proactive selfdirected approach with strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Experience supporting business analytics KPI development or dashboard reporting
