Job Description:
This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives coordinating delivery facilitating sync points across teams providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the clients expectations in terms of the functionality quality timeline and cost.
Overview:
This role is responsible for planning coordinating and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program. Key responsibilities include communicating the work objectives coordinating delivery managing risks ensuring compliance to standards and providing end to end visibility into the health of the deliverables. This role ensures execution and delivery meets the clients expectations in terms of the functionality quality timeline and cost. They facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example kick-offs status reviews stakeholder meetings change controls and tollgates etc.)
- Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
- Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline
- Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery risks issues and schedule
- Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
- Supports resource planning for delivery and execution
- Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
- Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery (for example kick offs status reviews stakeholder meetings change controls tollgates and so on)
- Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
- Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables
- Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline
- Gather/facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery risks/issues and schedule
- Ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.
- Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards
- Support resource planning for delivery/execution
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Project Management
- Strong understanding of Project lifecycle (planning execution delivery)
- Hands-on experience with Jira / Agile boards
- Moderate experience with MS Project Excel PowerPoint
- Ability to successfully track deliverables dependencies risks and KPIs
- Experience managing risk and issuing resolutions
- Must be able to work across multiple technology risk and business teams
- Stakeholder management- work with senior leadership and multiple business lines
- Present complex info clearly to leadership
- Cross-functional coordination- align tech risk compliance and business teams
- Change management- support adoption of new systems/processes
- Strong problem-solving & adaptability skills must be able to handle shifting priorities and ambiguity
