You might be our person if you:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Positive patientfriendly attitude
• Comfortable working in a busy clinic environment

Preferred:

• Medical Assistant experience preferred but not required; training is provided.

WE LIKE TO KEEP IT REAL ABOUT YOU WORK DAY

No two days are the same but heres a taste of what youll be up to as our Patient Services Representative:

• Perform detailed medical record reviews of patient charts
• Conduct ANS and EKG testing
• Accurately transcribe and document assessments into the electronic health record
• Communicate clearly and professionally with providers and team members
• Assist Medical Assistants as needed to support smooth clinic operations

LETS TALK SCHEDULE FOR OUR PATIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

Heres the scoop on your hours:

• Full-Time
• Monday: 8:00am5:00pm (1hour lunch at 1:00pm)
• Tuesday: 8:00am7:00pm (1hour lunch at 1:00pm)
• Wednesday: 8:00am1:00pm (No lunch)
• Thursday: 7:00am5:00pm (1hour lunch at 1:00pm)
• Friday: 8:00am5:00pm (1hour lunch at 1:00pm)
• Saturday: 8:00am12:00pm (No lunch)
