Summer Analyst Program 2027

The program duration is 10 weeks starting in late June 2027 and is designed to provide you with the unique opportunity to discover our CIB business culture and how we collaborate to deliver solutions for our clients. Banking and Capital Markets (BCM) Overview

The BCM team sits within Wells Fargos Corporate and Investment Bank and is dedicated to understanding the unique competitive and operating environments of our clients. Combining strong relationships and industry knowledge with superior capital markets and advisory capabilities our team excels in delivering exceptional execution. BCM is organised across coverage and product teams covering Corporate Banking Financial Institutions and Fund Finance among others.

Provides a full range of services to clients across the following client types:

• Corporate Banking

• Financial Institutions

• Fund Finance

Product Teams

Provides a full range of execution capabilities and services to clients in the following products:

• Debt Capital Markets and Advisory

• Loan Syndications

• M&A

• Real Estate Syndicated Finance

As well as our leading commercial real estate lending business:

• Commercial Real Estate (CRE) that is also part of the Corporate & Investment Banking division and delivers real estate banking services to corporate clients including fund managers large private property companies and real estate investment trusts (REITs). The CRE EMEA team provides a strategic bridge for the bank to support US clients investing in assets located in the EMEA region and to introduce domestic clients to the wider Wells Fargo franchise.

Required

• Penultimate year of university with an expected graduation date of June 2028

• Demonstratable interest in finance through work experience or extra-curricular achievement

• A record of academic excellence

• Fluent in English

Desired

• Knowledge of another language other than English. E.g. French Spanish Italian or other language

• A personality that is engaging flexible organised conscientious initiative-taking & detail-oriented

• An ability to prioritise work meet deadlines & achieve goals all whilst working in a dynamic & complex environment

• Ability to quickly evaluate and solve analytical problems with a basic understanding of mathematical principles

• Sense of personal accountability & urgency for achieving results

• Experience using Microsoft Office suite of products
