This important program helps the AGCO monitor whether businesses are complying with the laws that prohibit the sale of these products to AGCO is offering this exciting opportunity for motivated and responsible youth to join the Regulatory Compliance Branch as a YCM. Working alongside an Inspector you will visit licensed stores and establishments attempt purchases and provide detailed feedback on your experience. This role offers the chance to contribute to community safety making a meaningful impact in You Will Do: Through the Youth Compliance Monitoring Program you willSupport compliance with laws around age-restricted productsGain first-hand exposure to regulatory compliance in actionDevelop valuable skills such as judgment communication and accountabilityBuild meaningful work experience to support your future academic or career goalsBe part of a diverse inclusive and professional workplace committed to public serviceAs a YCM you will take on a range of dynamic responsibilities including but not limited to:Visit assigned stores and attempt to purchase age-restricted products in line with established accurate and timely reports on each visit detailing observations and outcomes in line with established areas of non-compliance to the assigned Inspector and follow procedures for handling purchased professionalism discretion and confidentiality throughout all out all assigned duties in accordance with established protocols procedures and all purchase attempts and related activities accurately following policies and best do I qualifyTo be considered for a YCM position applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria and qualifications:Age: Must be between 16 and 18 years of age. Government-issued ID will be required to verify Status: You must be legally entitled to work in Canada and have a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN) upon : Must be available to work after school and/or evenings on a part-time basis (up to 7.25 hours per shift) Monday to Sunday from June 2026 to March 2027. Work will be scheduled on an as-needed basis and YCMs are expected to be available throughout this Environment: This role involves fieldwork which may require travel to local areas (by vehicle or on foot) and outdoor work in varying weather Consent: An Information Sheet regarding the Youth Compliance Monitoring Program will be provided to successful candidates at the later stages of the hiring process and must be reviewed and signed by a parent or qualifications:Discretion professionalism and the ability to carry out duties attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed judgment and situational verbal and written communication interpersonal to work in Canada and the ability to successfully complete a criminal background check.
