SolarEdge is looking for an ambitious tech-savvy and driven Key Account Sales Manager Residential to join our outstanding Poland team. If you are hands-on energetic highly motivated a true team player and a results-driven individual who is willing to roll up your sleeves to help drive SolarEdges revenue growth and market share this role is for you.

What you will be doing:

  • Identify and close sales opportunities in line with the Companys strategic and financial objectives in the Polish Residential market.
  • Develop manage and grow relationships with key distribution partners and residential installers ensuring scalable revenue growth longterm partnerships and strong market positioning.
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
  • Leading sales in driving Residential sales across territories.
  • Own and execute a clear Residential sales strategy to maximize short- and long-term growth.
  • Provide accurate revenue forecasts and monitor performance against targets translate national strategy into accountlevel execution plans build and maintain annual and quarterly account plans.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to align portfolio positioning with local market needs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure effective sales process execution.
  • Represent SolarEdge at industry events and maintain strong knowledge of the Residential PV market.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of Residential business experience.
  • Previous experience in the PV industry a must.
  • Proven experience managing strategic or key accounts preferably at national or multiregional level a must.
  • BA/BS degree; BS in a related technical discipline such as Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering a plus.
  • Proven track record of overachievement including growing market share and successfully identifying negotiating and closing deals.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand SolarEdges product portfolio and clearly communicate technical benefits to customers.
  • Ability to identify and convert new accounts while maintaining and expanding existing relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in operating effectively in an entrepreneurial fast-paced and high-growth environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience working for an international organization a plus.
  • Fluent in Polish and English a must!
