What youll do

• Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Business Partners and gain end-to-end exposure to the recruitment lifecycle

• Initiate and maintain communication with candidates supporting the early stages of the hiring process

• Engage and source talents on different platforms such as LinkedIn Profession job boards and career fairs

• Represent the company by conducting initial screening interviews with potential candidates

• Write detailed and accurate notes from candidate prescreening interviews to ensure seamless communication among the recruitment team and hiring managers

• Manage and post job advertisements across platforms ensuring consistency and alignment with employer branding

What were looking for

• Preferred background: Ongoing university studies in Hungary - Minimum 1 more year with student status

• Availability: minimum 25 working hours/week

• Languages: Strong written and spoken English language knowledge

• Attitude: Confident great communication skills proactive attitude creativity
