Job Summary

Job Title: BA with HR Data & Metadata Management

Location: Wilmington DE OR Jersey City NJ (Onsite)

Job Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

HR data classification with sensitivity tagging (PII confidential) aligned to GDPR CCPA SOX
Metadata definition and data dictionary management across HR domains (employee compensation benefits performance)
Data catalog ownership and maintenance (Collibra Alation or similar)
Data quality rule definition monitoring and issue resolution

Skills:

5 years in BA / data governance or metadata management
Hands-on with an enterprise data catalog tool
Working knowledge of HRIS platforms (Workday SAP SuccessFactors Oracle HCM)
SQL proficiency for data profiling and validation
Familiarity with financial services data regulations
