Job Summary
Role: Senior Project Manager (SACWIS/CCWIS)
Duration: 3 Months
Location: Austin TX (Hybrid)
Required Skills:
- 8 Years of Working knowledge of Project Management Life Cycle processes and documentation
- 8 Years of Experience in implementing SACWIS/CCWIS systems
- 8 Years of Awareness and knowledge of systems and solutions that that promote efficiency effectiveness and enables direct delivery of services to clients.
- 8 Years of Experience in Business Process Redesign.
- 8 Years of Working knowledge of project documentation including project plans work breakdown structures issues logs action logs and decision tracking documents.
- 8 Years of Facilitating meetings work sessions requirements gathering sessions and conducting presentations with all levels of an organization to include direct delivery senior and executive leadership.
- 8 Years of Providing recommendations to key agency leadership
- 8 Years of Working knowledge in guiding various project teams; and subsets of teams within large enterprise projects.
- 8 Years of Experience managing competing interests from various project stakeholders and reaching consensus for appropriate next actions.
- 8 Years of Strong communication verbal and written - skills with all levels of an organization to include direct delivery staff up to executive level leadership.
- 8 Years of Strong presentation and facilitation skills for leading work sessions and project team meetings.
- 8 Years of Experience with the Microsoft Suite of tools (Excel Word PowerPoint Visio MS Project and SharePoint)
Preferred (Optional):
- 5 Years of Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- 1 Year Awareness or knowledge of clients systems and programs
