Physical Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist with both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation experience to provide comprehensive therapy services in a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will evaluate develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients improve mobility strength pain management and overall functional independence.

This contract role requires flexibility to work a variable schedule including weekends and holiday coverage as needed.

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Provide skilled physical therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises mobility techniques and recovery strategies
• Collaborate with physicians nurses and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with facility policies safety standards and rehabilitation best practices
• Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care recommendations

• Active California Physical Therapist license
• Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
• Recent inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation experience required
• Current BLS/BCLS certification required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
