M-F 730 am 4:30 pm 8 hr Radiation Therapy Tech Guarantee Hours (Weekly): 40 hours Schedule: M-F 730 am 4:30 pm 8 hr. shift dependent upon department needs Saturday: No Floating: Yes - All other Radiation Oncology locations Specialty: Cancer Services/Oncology Any special skills/traits you are looking for in a candidate: Need to have a NYS Radiologic Technologists Therapy License. Experience on Ethos or Varian Machines preferred. Able to work independently in a fast pace environment. Flexible strong communication skills adaptable and willingness tow ork with others dependable and punctual. Certs: ARRT T BLS NY License Skills: Adult Acute Care Custom Molds Custom Shield Tumor Localization Block cutting B-Mode Acquisition targeting CBCT/kV/mV imaging Compensation filters Custom Molds Custom shields Portal cast Wedges Calculate dose of radiation External Beam Therapy IMRT - Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy Lift/transfer devices Isolation Precautions/PPE Radiation Safety Use of Rapid Response/Code teams Ethos or Varian equip EPIC Required Locals Accepted: Y at a lower rate - must be > than 75 miles
