Job Summary
Role:- SAP Program Manager/ Customer Delivery Manager
Location:- CINCINNATI Ohio (Hybrid)
Mode of Hire:- Full Time
Salary:- $160K Annum
Visa:-USC

SAP Activate /PMP certification are nice to have
Should have minimum 15 years of relevant SAP experience and managed over 3 end to end
implementations
Should have successfully implemented at least one large SAP S/4 HANA green field
implementation or roll out project in capacity of a Project Manager
Should have handled multi discipline team of about 30 consultants including SAP Functional
and technical consultants
Must have Knowledge of Agile based delivery
Mut be able to draft a detailed project plan and execute the same
Strong performer in handling projects where in reporting the project health Escalation
management relationship management.
Should be able to monitor and adhere to Project costs delivery timelines and Project quality
parameters as per plan
Should have excellent soft skills in Spoken and written English
Should have working experience on Microsoft project tool or any other project management
tools
Should be able to guide the customer in terms of contractual obligations & the best way forward
Should have a skill to look out of new transformational opportunities or new business avenues
with the customer
Knowledge on SAP Activate methodology is preferred
Knowledge of MRO or Aero industry is preferred
Certification in Project Management (PMI) preferred
