Job Summary

Job Title: Business Process Re-engineering Manager - Remote

Duration (Contract): 12 Months

Client Location: Harrisburg PA

Location Preference: Remote

Job Description:
As a Business Process Re-engineering Manager you will lead enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives to document evaluate and optimize business operations. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies streamline workflows and align processes with organizational goals while supporting operational excellence and modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead process discovery analysis and documentation across multiple program areas.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops to identify inefficiencies risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop current-state and future-state process maps and gap analyses.
  • Create actionable process improvement plans aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to prioritize initiatives based on business impact and feasibility.
  • Establish governance structures process ownership and accountability frameworks.
  • Develop performance metrics and reporting dashboards to track improvements.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations reports and recommendations.
  • Support implementation planning change management and communication efforts.

Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Public Administration Organizational Development or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in business process improvement or re-engineering initiatives.
  • Proven experience leading projects or managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical organizational and documentation skills.
  • Experience developing process maps workflows and improvement plans.
  • Strong facilitation skills working with senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Experience applying methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Business Process Management.
  • Ability to work independently in complex organizational environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working within public sector or government environments.
  • Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or PMP.
  • Experience establishing governance frameworks and performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with change management practices and continuous improvement programs.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $70.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
