About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor / Paralegal with a minimum of 1 year PQE or relevant conveyancing experience to join our growing legal team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional looking to further develop their expertise in both residential and commercial property transactions within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload and play a key role in handling transactions from instruction through to completion while delivering a high standard of client care.
Responsibilities
- Managing residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from start to finish
- Drafting reviewing and negotiating legal documents and contracts
- Conducting legal research and ensuring compliance with relevant property regulations
- Liaising with clients agents lenders and third parties throughout the transaction process
- Providing clear and professional legal advice to clients
- Maintaining accurate case records and progressing matters efficiently
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate and minimum 1 year PQE or an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal
- Demonstrated experience handling residential and commercial property matters
- Strong understanding of property law conveyancing procedures and legal regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and work efficiently under pressure
- Proficiency in legal drafting and research
- A client-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
