The Position
The Provider Support Specialistis responsible for supporting dentists by ensuring they meet the expectations of their role through ongoing feedback onboarding support and coordinating training (both initial and ongoing). This position works closely with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Regional Dentist Liaison and Clinical Care Coordinators to ensure customer needs are met through efficient patient-focused care.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct regular check-ins with dentists to provide feedback and support.
- Coordinate training for new and existing dentists with the Dental Systems Trainer.
- Collaborate with the operations team for new dentist onboarding.
- Work with Clinical Care Coordinators to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained.
- Partner with the Dental Support Specialist to ensure timesheets and expenses are approved according to company guidelines.
- Remain accessible to dentists throughout the day for questions and assistance.
- Perform other duties as necessary to support providers and operations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years experience preferred
- Management experience preferred
- Dental office management preferred

- Excellent customer service skills; responsive and committed to meeting provider needs.
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities effectively.
- High attention to detail and quality control.

- Ability to lift 1520 lbs.
