Job Description
We are seeking a Pharmacy Application Support / Desktop Support Specialist to support a pharmacy environment utilizing PrimeRx (pharmacy operating system). This role is a hybrid of onsite help desk desktop support and application support with a strong focus on stabilizing system performance and device integrations.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting pharmacy systems (PrimeRx PioneerRx Rx30 or similar) and troubleshooting integrations with devices such as label printers and other pharmacy hardware.
This role will be critical in stabilizing operations ahead of go-live and supporting ongoing system improvements and integrations.

- Experience supporting pharmacy systems (PrimeRx PioneerRx Rx30 etc.)
- Strong desktop support / help desk troubleshooting experience
- Experience with device integrations (label printers scanners peripherals)
- Ability to troubleshoot application issues and system inconsistencies
Breakdown of Duties
- Provide onsite support for PrimeRx pharmacy system and related applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues inconsistencies and performance problems
- Support device integrations including label printers scanners and other peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve configuration issues (e.g. printing errors system settings)
- Work closely with vendors (PrimeRx) to escalate and resolve system issues
- Assist with workflow improvements and system stabilization efforts
- Support go-live activities and ensure operational readiness
- Provide general desktop and help desk support for end users
- Assist with API integrations and ongoing development efforts (long-term)
- Document issues resolutions and best practices
Hiring Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience in application support desktop support or help desk roles
- Experience supporting pharmacy or healthcare applications
- Strong troubleshooting skills across software hardware and integrations
- Ability to work onsite and support end users directly
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical users
Preferred Skills
- Experience with PrimeRx or similar pharmacy platforms (PioneerRx Rx30 etc.)
- Experience with label printers and pharmacy device integrations
- Exposure to API integrations or system integrations
- Experience working with vendors and third-party support teams
- Healthcare or pharmacy operations experience
