Werelooking for a detail-oriented and curious Content Marketing Intern to support our content marketing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience executing real marketing initiatives within a professional services environment.
Youwontbe responsible forsettingstrategybut you will play a key role in helping bring it to life. From proofreading content to supporting campaigns events and reportingyoullgain exposure to how content marketing drives engagement and business growth.
This isa great opportunityto learn how marketingoperatesinside an accounting and advisory firm while building practical in-demand skills acrosscontent marketing and production digital marketing and marketing operations.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities
Content Marketing Support:
- Assistin drafting editing and formattingcampaigncontent such as articles email copycase studiesandwhitepapers
- Repurpose existing content into different formats (e.g. turning articles intoinfographicsorvideos)
- Proofread and quality-check content to ensure consistency accuracy and alignment with brand voice
- Collaborate with the content team to execute against editorial calendars and campaign timelines(drafting and editing content such as articles email copy and whitepapers)
- Monitor key competitors to track what they are publishing topics they are covering and events they are hosting; share relevant insights with the team to inform content and campaign ideas
Marketing Operations & Insights:
- Help managemarketing lists includingrefreshingcontact/companydata segmentation and updates within CRM systems
- Maintain projects tasks and to support team workflows
- Identifyinsights and trends among content marketing performance summaries and make strategic recommendations
- Conduct light research to support content development and campaign execution
Event Assistance:
- Provide supportfor firm webinars andin-personevents including follow-up tasks and communications
- Assistwith outside eventlogistics including registering CSH employees for eventsprinting collateralpulling together promo items and other relatedneeds
Administrative & Communication Tasks:
- Monitor shared firm inboxes to ensuretimelyrouting of inquiries
- Provide lightadministrative support for Contact Us submissions and other marketing requests (asappropriate)
- Assistwith budgeting and monthly reconciliation
- Occasionallyassistwith proofing and printing proposals
Education and Experience
Required:
- Currentlypursuing a degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field
- Strongattention to detailwith excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident working independently and in a team environment
- Highly organized with the ability to balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Curious motivated and eager to learn about professionalservices marketing
- Familiarity withHubSpot (CRM) and aplusbutnotrequired
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook)
- Abilityto work in-office on a designated day each week as part of a hybrid schedule
