Junior Maintenance Technician

Title: Jr Maintenance Technician

Location: Vancouver WA

Pay Rate: $24-26/hr

Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

We are seeking a Jr Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Maintenance Services Division (MSD). The Jr Maintenance Technician will play a vital role in supporting daily operations and activities including quality control inspections tenant rekeys parts ordering parts delivery and maintaining the organization of the shop and parking areas.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality control inspections on turnovers to ensure property standards are met by technicians and vendors.
• Perform periodic quality control inspections on completed service calls providing feedback to the General Manager.
• Process work orders for rekeying units as required.
• Manage parts ordering and deliver parts to properties as needed.
• Assist with quarterly inventory counts on vans and stockroom.
• Coordinate equipment needs at site locations vans stockroom and the shop.
