Job Summary
We are seeking Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join IQVIA Laboratories at Valencia California.
Job Summary:
What Youll Be Doing:
- Perform and report automated and manual clinical laboratory tests independently with minimal supervision
- Apply principles of clinical laboratory science across assigned disciplines including chemistry hematology immunology microbiology molecular testing and flow cytometry
- Verify quality control data and release laboratory results in accordance with California licensing and regulatory requirements
- Maintain laboratory supplies prepare reagents and ensure readiness for daily testing operations
- Identify and escalate irregularities that may impact test results or data integrity
- Support assay improvements new assay validation and implementation activities
- Ensure compliance with CLIA CAP GCLP and company quality and safety procedures
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in a scientific discipline
- Valid California State Clinical Laboratory License to perform laboratory testing
- Proficiency with complex laboratory techniques calculations and troubleshooting of analytical equipment
- Other Equivalent combination of education training and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
The Knowledge Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:
- Working knowledge of GCLP CLIA CAP and regulatory standards governing clinical laboratories
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
- Effective communication organizational and interpersonal skills in a regulated environment

The potential base pay range for this role when annualized is $46200.00 - $96200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered incentive plans bonuses and/or other forms of compensation may be offered in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Required Experience:
