We are hiring an experienced Data Scientist with strong expertise in machine learning advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze complex datasets and generate actionable insights
Build optimize and deploy ML models
Create dashboards and visualizations using Tableau Power BI or Python
Lead A/B testing feature engineering and model validation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior members
Drive innovation while ensuring data privacy and ethical AI practices
Requirements:
10 15 years of experience in Data Science
Strong skills in Python/R SQL ML algorithms and statistics
Experience with Spark/Hadoop is a plus
Masters/PhD in a quantitative field preferred
