Astera Cancer Careis seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join its outpatient hematology and oncology this role you will focus on sick visits followup care and benign hematology cases providing consistent relationshipdriven care to patients over time. You will work closely with physicians in a collaborative environment that supports clinical growth while allowing for a high degree of autonomy in patient management. With a fourday workweek this opportunity is ideal for an APP who values worklife balance continuity of care and practicing within a structured outpatient setting.
