Split time between Seneca Falls NY and Clyde NY (10 miles apart) in a direct-hire employed position with light call coverage competitive compensation generous benefits and excellent work/life balance.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

Base Salary: $285000$310000 annually (based on experience)

Sign-on Bonus

Student Loan Repayment: Up to $75000 through National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program (requires 2-year service commitment)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide comprehensive primary care in outpatient setting

Manage diverse patient populations across family medicine or internal medicine

Develop and maintain long-term patient relationships

Ensure clinical excellence and patient safety

Participate in light call phone coverage (shared model)

Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team

Contribute to physician-led practice leadership

REQUIREMENTS:

MD or DO degree

Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Full medical licensure in New York state

DEA license

Commitment to outpatient primary care

Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills
