THE POSITION

Hotel Nassau Breda has a great opportunity for a Breakfast Associate. Join our dedicated team and help us create exceptional guest experiences in the heart of Breda.

Hotel Nassau is looking for you someone who is enthusiastic about preparing and presenting breakfast for our guests and who possesses the following qualities:

• Early bird mentality;

• Experience with basic kitchen techniques;

• Guest-oriented with an eye for detail;

• Team player;

• Flexible attitude.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparing and maintaining the breakfast buffet;

• Independently carrying out mise-en-place activities;

• Checking ingredients for freshness shelf life and quality;

• Preparing and/or passing on orders according to recipes;

• Receiving and storing delivered goods;

• Ensuring compliance with HACCP guidelines;

• Additional tasks may include preparing lunches for meetings and events.
