Associate Procurement Manager
Job Summary
Job Overview:
The Procurement Associate Manager works with internal stakeholders and suppliers and serves as a partner with their team and Procurement Manager to resolve issues. This position typically reports to a Procurement Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
- Works with and supports Global stakeholders on req to PO creation for indirect purchases
- Obtains data from external and/or internal sources/analyzes data for completeness and accuracy
- Manages escalations for high priority purchased goods and services
- Take appropriate and timely action to correct and coach on errors and implement changes in processes to stop future issues from occurring
- Ensuring compliance with purchase-to-pay policies and procedures including participation in compliance audits
- Supports a broad range of internal stakeholders across multiple divisions
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in engineering Business Finance or related field
- 3 years experience in a management or team leadership role
- 7 years of experience in shared services finance supply chain operations or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Business Engineering Chemistry or Finance. Or in process of completing an advanced degree
- Demonstrated history of leadership teamwork and project management skills
- Systems aptitude including but not limited to Excel Access PowerPoint and ERP systems (SAP)
- Experience inSAP GEP or other Source to Pay systems in a procurement or shared services environment
- Experience in sourcing Indirect Procurement or supply chain management experience
- Finance audit compliance experience
