Role & Responsibilities:
- Downloading all ERS referrals from NHS Referral System
- Compiling patient files for appropriate outpatient appointment
- Communicating with patients to ensure previous scan information is available
- Answering telephone queries in a professional and timely manner
- Processing IPT paperwork in preparation for outpatient clinic in a professional and timely manner
- Other office type duties as required
12-month fixed term contract
37.5 hours
Person Specification:
- Experience in a similar role within a healthcare environment would be advantageous
- Time Management Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
