About the role
Working Monday to Friday 08:3017:00 on a Fixed Term Contract of 3 months youll provide key administrative support across category marketing and operations teams. Youll help ensure plans are delivered smoothly accurately and on time supporting a range of commercial and operational activities.
You will be responsible for:
Supporting Category Managers marketing and operations teams with daytoday administrative tasks
Liaising with marketing teams and suppliers to support promotional activity
Managing weekly vessel/shop communications to ensure clarity and engagement
Implementing cost and retail price changes within the LS21 system
Setting up new product lines promotions and supporting forecasting activities
Maintaining accurate master data ensuring ranging decisions are reflected correctly
Coordinating supplier and route visits and supporting planogram management
(Please note: Interviews will be held on Friday 22nd May with a start date of Monday 8th June)
About you
Youll be a confident communicator with excellent attention to detail and a strong ability to work accurately under pressure. Youll have good organisational skills and be comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fastpaced environment. Strong IT skills are essential particularly in Excel along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience in a retail or similar environment is desirable but not essential. Youll thrive in this role if youre proactive reliable and enjoy working collaboratively with different teams to keep things running smoothly.
