Job Description
Job Title - ServiceNow Developer
Experience - 5 - 10 Years
Location -Pune
Notice - Immediate joiner
Requirements:-
- Must have experience in ServiceNow Portal.
- Scripting and Integration is mandatory.
- CSA and CAD certifications mandatory.
- Develop configure and implement solutions in ServiceNow ITSM module including Incident Problem Change Service Catalog and CMDB.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM combined with at least one module: HRSD CSM ITOM ITAM HAM SAM or Service Portal.
- Design and customize workflows business rules client scripts UI policies and UI actions.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript Glide API Script Includes and Flow Designer.
- Mandatory experience in Scripting and Integrations (REST SOAP Scripted REST APIs Integration Hub MID Server).
- Implement inbound and outbound integrations with third-party systems..
- Customize and enhance Service Portal widgets pages and themes.
- Work on CMDB Discovery (if ITOM) Asset Management (if ITAM/HAM/SAM) or Case Management (if HRSD/CSM).
