Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineering (QE) Architect / QE Lead to define and drive enterprise-wide quality engineering strategy and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in automation architecture CI/CD integration non-functional testing and DevOps-driven quality practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement enterprise-level QE strategy and roadmap.
- Design scalable test automation frameworks for UI API mobile and backend applications.
- Architect CI/CD quality gates and integrate automated testing into DevOps pipelines.
- Establish test data management and test environment strategies.
- Lead non-functional testing initiatives including performance security scalability and resilience testing.
- Define and track quality metrics KPIs dashboards and reporting frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with developers architects product owners QA teams and DevOps engineers.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards governance and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in quality processes tools and automation coverage.
- Mentor QA teams and provide technical leadership across enterprise programs.
