Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced Lead Quality Engineer to drive end-to-end Quality Engineering for Corporate and Finance streams in an Agile delivery environment.
- The role requires hands-on leadership with strong automation expertise AI-driven quality insights integration testing and deep domain understanding across telecom finance and compensation workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Quality Engineering (QE) activities for Corporate and Finance streams in an Agile delivery model
- Plan and drive in-sprint testing automation execution and release sign-off
Leverage AI-based solutions for test generation test prioritization defect trend analysis and quality reporting - Coordinate functional and automation testing using Selenium Java and REST APIs
Manage and execute tests on cloud-based testing platforms for faster feedback and scalability - Validate end-to-end system integrations data flows and downstream impacts across enterprise systems
- Enable CI/CD pipeline integration and implement continuous quality gates
Track quality metrics risks and production readiness for release rollout - Collaborate with Development Product and Business teams to align testing with corporate and financial workflows
- Ensure defect prevention perform root cause analysis and drive continuous quality improvement
Required Skills & Experience
- Quality Engineering & Automation
- 8 12 years of experience in Quality Engineering
- Hands-on leadership experience with Agile QE teams
- Strong expertise in automation testing with AI-driven quality insights
Technical Skills Strong experience with: - Selenium
- Java
- REST API testing
Experience with cloud test execution platforms such as:
- LambdaTest
- Selenium Grid
- Sauce Labs (or equivalent)
- Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools (JIRA qTest)
- Exposure to GitLab and CI/CD tools
- Integration & Data Testing
- Strong experience in integration testing across multiple systems
- Expertise in data validation and reconciliation testing
- Experience validating complex enterprise data flows and downstream system impacts
Domain Expertise
- Strong Telecom domain knowledge
- Deep experience in Commissions and Compensation including:
- Compensation restructuring
- Compensation transformation
- Domain experience across corporate finance and accounting workflows from sprint development to production
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills
