Job Summary
A growing construction company in Englewood NJ is seeking an experienced Project Manager in office to oversee projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented knowledgeable in AIA contracts project documentation and construction processes and able to ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan schedule and manage all aspects of construction projects
- Coordinate with clients subcontractors architects and internal teams
- Review and enforce AIA contract requirements
- Lead and mentor a project team after onboarding and training
- Monitor budgets schedules and compliance with safety and company policies
- Communicate proactively with all stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Proven project management experience in construction or related fields
- Strong knowledge of AIA contracts and construction documentation
- Detail-oriented organized and able to manage multiple projects
- Strong leadership problem-solving and communication skills
- Minimum 4 years of office experience on an executive level
