The Technical Part:

• Bachelor of Science In Engineering or Life Scienceand at least 1 plus(1) years of previous exposure in Project Management activities within the Pharmaceutical.
• Bilingual: Spanish and English (good communications)
• Shift: Administrative and according to business needs
• Gets things done attitude!
• Very good customer facing and communication skills.
• Experience in:
  • Ensure EHS
  • Support project planning and schedulingactivities.
  • Pharmaceutical Industry

AS A PIECE OF FITS YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Ensure EHS (Environment Health & Safety) by Designreviews are completed and applied to project plans.

  Support project planning and schedulingactivities.

  Assist in defining the scope of workand coordinating bids from contractors vendors and suppliers.

  Lead and document risk assessmentsfor construction activities and ensure mitigation plans are implemented.

  Ensure all contractors and personnel are properly trainedbefore executing work on site.

  Track and maintain project documentation and deliverables.

  Coordinate construction activities permits and site executionwith project stakeholders.

  Lead project meetings maintain action logs and follow up on key items.

  Communicate project updates risks and issuesto the Project Manager and stakeholders in a timely manner.

  Ensure compliance with change management processes quality standards and site requirements (SOPs CECP).
