True North Classical Charter a network of high-achieving classical schools in Miami FL is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable educator to teach Upper School Music with a focus in Choral Instruction for the school year.

We are looking for a subject matter expert with a strong background in vocal music ensemble direction and choral performance who is dedicated to academic excellence and the formation of young scholars through classical education.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Masters or Doctorate degree from a fully accredited college or university
• Certification is not required to teach at True North
• Candidates align with the classical liberal arts curriculum and philosophy employed at True North Classical Academy
• Candidates must view education as a vocation and be willing to go above and beyond to ensure the moral and academic success of all students
• Strong background in choral music conducting and vocal performance

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Compensation:
Starting salary for new teachers without experience begins at $52470. Starting salary for experienced teachers is based on experience and expertise. Additional compensation includes:

• Masters supplement: $3410
• Doctorate supplement: $7920
