We are looking for aSenior IT Project Managerto join our team in one of todays most exciting role willreporttoour Chief Security Officerand based inSan Jose CA.This is a fully on-site in officerole5 days a week.
The Senior IT Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning execution and delivery of complex technology initiatives across the organization. This role ensures projects are completed on time within scope and on budget while aligning with strategic business objectives. The Sr. IT Project manager works cross-functionally with stakeholders technical teams and vendors to deliver high-impact solutions and drive operational excellence.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scales IT projects including software implementations infrastructure upgrades and digital transformation initiatives.
- Define project scope goals deliverables and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans schedules and resource allocations.
- Manage risks issues and dependencies ensuring timely resolution and mitigation.
- Foster a collaborative and accountable team environment
Skills and Experience:
- A bachelors degree or equivalent years of experience required.
- Experience in Plant/Facility Engineering and managing construction projects
- 10 years of technical and project management experience
- Experience leading large complex and cross-functional initiatives
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of IT systems
- Proven success working on cross-functional projects requiring coordination between various resources.
- Preference towards ability to manage internal and external customers as well as skills influencing others without prescribed authority.
- Relationship building mentality
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
