Were looking for a proactive and results-driven CRM specialist with the capability to operate atSenior CRM Executive level to support the Senior CRM Manager in delivering a successful CRMgrowth strategy. With a commercial and creative mind youll be part of a dynamic innovativeteam that values creativity collaboration and data-driven strategies to achieve monthlyrevenue targets and channel KPIs. With a strong understanding of customer data you will beconfident using analytics to develop customer engagement and drive commercial value. This isa unique and exciting opportunity to join the CRM team during a key period of growth.
As a Senior CRM Executiveyoull:
- Manage the end-to-end process for email marketing communications includingdeveloping briefing building subject line ideation and scheduling; championingpersonalisation and continually optimising with test-and-learn activity
- End-to-end email testing for link accuracy spelling grammar legal compliance mobileoptimisation & deliverability
- Responsible for driving a strategic segmentation plan to target retain and increase the value of customers
- Support the wider CRM team to achieve the monthly revenue targets and channel KPIsacross multiple markets. A reactive mindset to identify gaps or opportunities andpropose solutions
- Own develop and launch new email franchises including template developmenttesting and success measurement Launch automated CRM campaigns working cross-functionally to uphold seamlesscustomer journeys
- Championing CRM best-practise through the use of dynamic content personalisationand exploring ESP functionality
- Implement a robust A/B testing roadmap to drive improvement in email engagement
- Cascade monthly campaign plans to the wider business through engagingpresentations
- Support Senior CRM Manager on rollout of all partnership marketing media requests forCRM activities
- Mentor CRM Executive to support their development
Reporting:
- Daily weekly & monthly reporting against key KPIs
- Analyse campaigns results drive actionable insights and recommendations and
- communicate it clearlyAd-hoc reporting to support reactive initiatives and drive continuous growth
- Confidently present findings to the wider business both verbally and via email
- Ongoing awareness of competitor activity
What skills and experience do I need for this role
- 2-3 years in a CRM role with experience working with ESPs and dynamic contentproviders
- Experience in creating email campaigns including triggered multi-touch journeysacross email and other CRM channels
- Experience in understanding data and building segments of customers
- Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing and the beauty industry
- Digitally minded with an innate understanding of mobile-first behaviours
- Strategic thinker who can translate top line objectives into initiatives that can driveresults
- Confident using data including data mining and analysis
- Highly articulate and confident communicator both written and verbally
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated multi-tasker able to handle multiple projects with good timemanagement
- Commercially aware pro-active and able to show initiative
- Great attention to detail and organisational skills
