Are you someone who pays close attention to details and has a strong interest in managing data Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is looking for a Data Administrator to join our exceptional team and contribute to the smooth functioning of our ERP this role you will be in charge of introducing synchronizing and resolving data within our ERP system. You will collaborate closely with team members to identify and effectively implement data management procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Introduction of data to the ERP system within agreed Service Level Agreement
  • Synchronization of data within the ERP system
  • Consistently providing management with reports on important metrics
  • Resolving data process and critical issues
  • Triggering Items BOMs Suppliers Customers End Users ISB Engineer Data and BRs Introduction or Change processes in ERP
  • Ensuring data synchronization between PDM and ERP
  • Managing global data management between ERP domains
  • Conducting and maintaining internal audits as needed
  • Assisting with internal and external audits and data gathering
  • Conducting process audits to ensure compliance
  • Developing and continually improving business processes through process audits and Practical Process Improvement (PPI) projects
  • Resolving and addressing Master Data Management process and data issues
  • Regularly reporting updates to relevant parties
  • Reporting on the performance of the Master Data process and bringing any issues to the attention of functional managers
  • Addressing data standardization and synchronization issues
  • Following effective documents IMS and handling documentation

Requirements:

  • High School education preferably in administration logistics or equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency with MS Office programs (i.e. Outlook Excel Word)
  • Proficient written and spoken English previous work experience with international teams is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand and articulate appropriate solutions to resolve issues
  • Knowledge of ERP and PDM (QAD/Team Center is a plus) is an advantage
