About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Invoice Processing Analyst. This role will be based in 6750 Building Makati City Philippines.

  • Process invoices and credit memos in SAP timely and accurately based on information provided by the business unit.

  • Demonstrate strong business focus by ensuring timely response to customer queries.

  • Perform vendor reconciliations to top key vendors and analyze business and value collaboration with in-country Finance in reviewing investigating and resolving reconciling items.

  • Initiate and implement process improvements to sustain/increase quality of work realize efficiencies and/or make the processes more effective.

  • Other Admin and Ad-hoc Activities as may be assigned by the Team Leader.

Special Projects or Ad Hoc Tasks:

  • Support emerging technologies as opportunities arise (RPA Data Analytics etc.); apply to all existing processes as applicable

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting

  • Good oral and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical teamwork and customer engagement skills

  • Must have the propensity to work in a proactive results-oriented and customer-focused environment

  • Enjoys working with people of diverse cultural backgrounds

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in SAP/SMART by GEP/Maximo is an advantage but not required.

  • Strong Accounts Payable background is preferred.

  • Experience in leveraging technologies and applying digital tools to enhance business processes
