Engineering Change Management for Buyouts Responsible for assessing processing and approving ECN buyouts within TeamCenter and JDE. Ensure all engineering changes are executed with accurate documentation regulatory compliance and timely execution of engineering changes.
Engineering Change and Quality Management Support - includes the following task: Generate and distribute ECN letters to suppliers ensuring timely notification of design changes. Create PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and Waiver requests for new or revised parts guiding suppliers through approval phases to ensure compliance with design specifications. Verify that all ECNs submitted in Team Center include valid Commodity Codes and Commodity Families prior to approval ensuring accuracy and compliance in documentation.
Supplier Portal Management Ensure all relevant suppliers are fully trained on the Supplier Portal achieving 100% proficiency in submitting tracking and managing transactions. Provide concise summary updates to the POC (CM) during weekly meetings to maintain alignment and transparency.
Operations Support & Ad Hoc Reporting - Maintain accuracy and consistency in reporting by leveraging organizational data systems and applying best practices in analysis and presentation. Provide supplier and Bill of Materials support conduct price impact analysis and perform system updates manage purchase order (PO) creation Oracle set up and oversee Oracle Workflow approvals to ensure timely and compliant transaction execution.
