Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join a long-term care and skilled nursing team in Elkins West Virginia. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality resident care while supporting patient comfort safety and daily living activities in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Support mobility transfers positioning and ambulation
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient observations
• Maintain resident hygiene comfort and dignity
• Assist with skin care and pressure injury prevention
• Respond promptly to resident requests and call lights
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Follow infection prevention and patient safety protocols
• Help maintain a clean organized and safe resident environment

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required
• Current BLS certification required
• Previous long-term care or nursing home experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Compassionate reliable and patient-centered approach to care
