You will

• Process monthly rent rolls recurring payments and tenant rent fees and other receivables across multiple properties
• Monitor tenant accounts and follow up on outstanding balances late payments and delinquencies.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate tenant and account records in Yardi.
• Assist with monthly closing activities and reporting related to accounts receivable.
• Process manual billings adjustments chargebacks and percentage rate billings.
• Input and maintain tenant information from Lease Abstracts and Tenant Change Forms.
• Liaise with Property Management Lease Administration and Accounting teams to resolve billing or account issues.
• Assist with audit requirements and maintain supporting documentation for internal controls and audits.
• Perform bank runs and other ad hoc projects as required.

You have

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
• Basic Accounting knowledge
• The ability to work in a team
• The ability to efficiently handle high volume
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience using Yardi (preferred)
• Property Management Accounts Receivable experience (preferred)
• Proficiency in Excel and Word

Salary Range:$55000 - $58000 per year estimated based on experience.
