Job Summary
Looking for a summer job Sofina is hiring summer students. Both University/College and Highschool students are encouraged to apply!Reporting to the Supervisor the Production worker is responsible for constructing and processing food products. This position involves repetitive work with a need for speed accuracy and attention to detail. You will be required to work in different areas of the department performing a variety of production related of Work: Various shifts availableDay shift: 6:00am - 3:00pm (must be 18 years of age or older)Day shift: 7:00am-3:30pmDay shift: 9:00am - 6:00pmAfternoon shift: 3:30pm - 12:00amQualifications:Capable of frequent bending twisting and stretchingPhysically capable of moderate to heavy liftingAbility to work within colder temperaturesWork well within a team environmentMust follow all safety regulations while workingHistory of above average attendance at workMust be returning to schoolMust be meet the age requirement listed aboveCOMPETITIVE COMPENSATION$21.79-21.89/hour starting base rate $1.25 hour (weekly attendance incentive)ABOUT USSofina Foods is committed to Employment Equity and maintaining a diverse workforce.
