The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and leading mid to large-scale multi-discipline installations within a Clinical Laboratory environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of instrumentation data management and automation system solutions implementations. This position reports to the Senior Manager Project Management and is part of the pmONE organization and will be fully remote.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead and manage the entire implementation lifecycle of mid to large-scale multi-discipline installations within Clinical Laboratory settings.
- Develop and execute instrumentation project plans ensuring customer readiness and adherence to timelines budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders including laboratory directors engineers technicians and vendors to ensure successful project implementation.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of laboratory infrastructure and readiness requirements to recommend appropriate instrumentation data management and automation system solutions timeline
- Oversee the procurement and installation of equipment ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- B.S. Degree with preference for 5 years of Project Management experience with proven track record in managing projects and be able to provide examples and project artifacts ie. Communication Plans Project Plans Risk Plans etc.
- Advanced understanding of the Diagnostics or Healthcare Industry with a heavy emphasis on the Laboratory Regulatory environment.
- PMP Certification is a plus. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Powerpoint) and Project Management software such as Smartsheet
- Experience reading and interpreting floor plans and design drawings
- Willing and able to work out of home-based office and travel around 80% of the time
Travel Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Ability to travel Monday-Friday 80% nationally
- Must have a valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Construction and IT experience in Project Management
- Background in Medical Technology and work experience
- Familiarity with Standard Laboratory Practices including Quality Control record keeping and regulatory requirements (CAP CLIA COLA)

The annual salary range for this role is $105000 - $120000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
