About the Position:
We have an exciting new position for Part time Receptionist/Administration Officer to join our team based from our Orange office on a 12 month contract starting in May 2026.
We are able to offer 22.8 hours per week with our ideal candidate working 3 full days (9-5pm) per week. Days of the week are negotiable for the right candidate.
In this role you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff at the position provides administrative support to our staff and programs and assists in the coordination of the day-to-day running of our Orange office.
The role is highly varied and requires a person who is energetic self-motivated and who has great attention to the Administration Officer / Receptionist role you will:
- Make our team and clients feel welcome with a friendly helpful and professional approach;
- Learn about and work with the different functions within Veritas House including Clinical and Consultation Services Finance NDIS People and Culture and Marketing;
- Be a Systems Guru You are a wiz using Microsoft Office applications and will be using our practice and accounting systems to support our teams.
- Keep our office running smoothly looking beautiful and maintained for our team and clients.

Selection Criteria
- Proven experience in a reception/administration role.
- Superior customer service skills and stakeholder management.
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
- Natural ability to take initiative and be proactive.
- Drivers Licence and willingness to drive a work vehicle to Bathurst for training and meetings as required.
- Satisfactory probity checks including a current WWCC and Police Check.
