Lead Presales Solutions Back Office & Operations

Were looking for a Lead Presales Solutions Back Office & Operations to join our Nasdaq Calypso Capital Markets Solutions team reporting to AVP Presales. In this role youll support our presales organization by shaping how we position demonstrate and deliver Nasdaq Calypso solutions across posttrade backoffice and operations workflows.

Youll be a trusted subject matter expert working directly with prospects and clients to understand their business needs showcase the value of our solutions and support the sales cycle with compelling tailored solution narratives.

Youll fit right in if youre clientfocused commercially minded and comfortable owning complex presales conversations enjoy working at the intersection of business and technology and are energized by engaging with clients across Latin America.

What Youll Do

• Support sales opportunities by delivering solution presentations functional walkthroughs and demonstrations aligned to client business requirements.
• Translate client needs gathered through discovery sessions RFPs and RFIs into clear compelling solution positioning using Nasdaq Calypso.
• Act as a domain expert across capital markets and investment operations including posttrade processing backoffice workflows and accounting.
• Partner closely with Product Management and Sales to communicate market feedback highlight product gaps and identify improvement opportunities.
• Produce presales documentation value propositions and structured handover materials to ensure a smooth transition postsale.

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7 years of relevant industry experience in capital markets investment management or financial technology.
• Strong functional knowledge of posttrade processing back office collateral management custody and investment accounting within Latin American markets.
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with proven experience engaging directly with enterprise clients.
• Fluency in English and Spanish with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Nasdaq Calypso or similar capital markets platforms.
• Knowledge across asset classes including interest rates fixed income FX credit equity derivatives commodities or structured products (OTC and listed).
• Understanding of competitive FinTech landscapes and market trends.

This position will be located in Mexico City and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office.

Travel across Latin America may be required.
