A lovely London-based family is seeking a confident active and highly organised rota Manny/Nanny to care for three children aged 9 12 and 14.
This is a sole charge role ideal for someone who has strong experience with older children and teenagers and who can build a genuine connection with the children while maintaining clear boundaries and structure. The family is looking for someone who is calm capable sporty and engaging; a positive role model who can encourage independence good manners confidence and responsibility.
The role will be one week on/off during term time with occasional two weeks on/off during the school holidays. The right candidate will be proactive reliable and very organised able to stay on top of school schedules activities kit homework logistics and day-to-day routines.

Responsibilities:
- Sole charge care of three children aged 9 12 and 14.
- All nursery duties including cooking an evening meal for the children.
- Supporting school routines homework activities and appointments.
- Keeping on top of timetables sports kit school bags uniforms and general organisation.
- Encouraging positive behaviour good boundaries and age-appropriate independence.
- Acting as a confident active and sporty role model.
- Planning and engaging in activities especially sports and outdoor interests.
- Driving the children to and from school clubs activities and social arrangements.
- Working closely with the family to ensure consistency structure and smooth communication.
- Experienced with older children and teenagers especially boys.
- Fit active and sporty.
- Confident warm and able to connect naturally with children of this age.
- Calm but firm with excellent boundaries.
- Extremely organised and proactive.
- A strong driver is essential.
- Reliable discreet and professional.
- Checkable references from previous employers are essential.
- Rota position with one week on/off during term time.
