Job Summary
Mellor Olsson is seeking a Solicitor with approximately 1218 months postadmission experience to join our Litigation and Insolvency team in Adelaide. This role is ideal for a lawyer looking to build a strong foundation in litigation within a supportive and diverse practice.
About the role
You will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers on a range of litigation and insolvency matters including:
- Assisting on commercial disputes and insolvency matters
- Drafting correspondence pleadings and court documents
- Legal research and preparation of advice
- Exposure to court work and client interaction under supervision
About you
You will have:
- 1218 months postadmission experience
- Admission to practise in South Australia
- Previous litigation experience
- Good drafting and communication skills
- A proactive and professional approach
