Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commodity strategies for key CDU components.
- Identify evaluate and qualify new suppliers locally and globally build a resilient supplier base.
- Drive cost reduction through negotiation value engineering annual price reviews to ensure PPV achieves the targets.
- Collaborate with SQE to ensure suppliers meet quality standards and lead the management of supplier scorecards.
- Align procurement plans with CDU production schedule to avoid line stoppages and support NPI by sourcing prototype materials and ramping up production supply.
- Coordinates with engineering on design for supply chain and component standardization.
- Ensure compliance with company ethics trade regulations and CDU industry standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in supply chain or engineering masters preferred.
- 8years of procurement experience in manufacturing with at least 5 years in data center related products or cold plates industry.
- Deep knowledge of CDU components and CDU suppliers management.
- Proven track record in cost negotiation supplier development and contract management.
- Experience with global CDU appoints the third party and vendor.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Good English listening speaking and writing skills.
