What Youll Do:
The Microsoft Dynamics Architect is responsible for designing and delivering enterprise-grade solutions leveraging the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. Microsoft Dynamics is a core component of clinical operations with data being replicated to integrate with several other operational systems. This role leads architectural strategy oversees implementation of complex systems and ensures scalable secure and high-performing solutions. This remote position is a great opportunity to play a strategic role in advancing our technology platform and clinical position is limited to the United States only.

What Youll Do:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across the organization
- Define end-to-end system architecture integrating Dynamics with enterprise systems and third-party platforms
- Develop and maintain ETL data processes to move and transform data across different systems.
- Experience working with custom-coded applications C# Azure and modern development frameworks
- Extend Dynamics capabilities beyond low-code solutions with advanced customization plugins and integrations
- Architect solutions supporting call center operations including case management omnichannel engagement and telephony integrations
- Ensure solutions are scalable secure and aligned with enterprise architecture standards
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
- Collaborate with business stakeholders clinical operations and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Establish and enforce best practices for development deployment and system integration
- Leverage cloud technologies to improve patient provider and employee experiences
Monitor system performance and continuously optimize architecture for efficiency and reliability - Work collaboratively with Engineering Product and Clinical Operations to deliver solutions aligned with business goals
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum of 10 years of experience designing and building enterprise software solutions
Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service Sales Call Center) and the Power Platform - Strong experience building custom applications C# Azure services APIs and integration technologies
- Experience working with SSIS Azure data factory and other ETL platforms.
- Proven experience working as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect on complex implementations
- Experience designing or supporting call center or customer service platforms
- Strong knowledge of Azure cloud architecture including services such as API Management Logic Apps Service Bus and Functions
- Experience with Azure Data Factory Dataverse Power Apps and Power Automate
- Familiarity with DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery methods
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels within the organization
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Solution-oriented mindset with a demonstrated passion for building high-quality enterprise solutions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must live in the continental United States only
