Role Overview:
Reporting to the Field Sales Manager the Territory Manager will be responsible for delivering sales targets through new business acquisition and growth within an existing customer base.
This is a retail-focused role managing the P&C and Independent Grocery channels only across Inner Sydney and the Northern Beaches from Watsons Bay Mascot and Botany through to Epping Hornsby and the Northern Beaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Achieve volume revenue and margin targets; grow sales within existing customers; generate new business through leads campaigns and cold calling.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with customers; maintain consistent communication and follow-ups.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement brand and promotional strategies; manage pricing discounts and terms.
- Territory Management: Develop and execute a territory sales plan; maintain accurate customer details.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales and visibility; work with franchise partners on sales activities.
- Market Insights & Reporting: Provide market information to management; complete sales reports on time.
