Cyber Security Architect Security Solutions Architect (CSA)

KalSoft is currently looking for a Cyber Security Architect / Security Solutions Architect (CSA) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise security architecture with a focus on designing and implementing secure scalable and compliant security solutions across cloud and on-premise environments. This role requires expertise in security governance risk management and identity & access management within enterprise or regulated environments such as banking or financial services.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement enterprise security architecture and governance frameworks
• Define and enforce security policies standards and best practices across IT systems
• Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions and privileged access controls
• Conduct vulnerability assessments risk analysis and remediation planning
• Support cloud and infrastructure security design across Azure and hybrid environments
• Ensure compliance with security regulations audits and industry standards
• Collaborate with infrastructure development and DevOps teams to integrate security into solutions
• Provide security guidance during solution design implementation and deployment
• Monitor emerging threats and recommend proactive security improvements
• Support incident response and security investigation activities when required

Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong experience in enterprise security architecture and governance
• Hands-on expertise in IAM vulnerability management and risk assessment
• Experience with cloud security (Azure/AWS) and hybrid infrastructure environments
• Strong understanding of security compliance frameworks and policy implementation
• Banking or regulated industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of security tools monitoring and incident response practices
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field preferred
• Relevant security certifications (CISSP CISM CCSP etc.) will be an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of relevant cybersecurity/security architecture experience
