Job Description

We are seeking the services of two experienced Business Analysts who meet the qualifications of a Business Analyst Level 2 within Emerging Technology environments. The selected candidates will support the client agency by analyzing business needs documenting requirements improving operational processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective technology solutions.

The ideal candidates will possess strong analytical communication and documentation skills with the ability to work effectively in Agile environments and support business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather analyze and document business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders technical teams and project managers to support project delivery and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain business process documentation workflows and process maps.
• Create and document use cases user stories and business requirements artifacts.
• Assist in identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning backlog refinement stand-ups and retrospectives.
• Support testing activities validation and user acceptance processes as needed.
• Communicate project status risks and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Ensure documentation is complete accurate and aligned with project goals and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in the field or related technology field as a senior-level Business Analyst.
• Strong analytical communication and documentation skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Ability to support business transformation and operational improvement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of working knowledge of Agile project management methodologies and practices.
• 2 years of experience with use case documentation.
• 2 years of experience with process documentation and mapping.
